AT HARTFORD:
2025: In her freshman season, O’Donnell appeared in 14 games, starting 13. In those games, O’Donnell would accumulate a total of 777 minutes. O’Donnell proved to be a key defender for the Hawks throughout the season, amassing five defensive saves over the full year.

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of South Hadley High School, where O'Donnell was a All-Western Mass Second Team choice in 2021 and 2021 All-Star Defender. Molly was also a team captain in 2025.
