Luke Fredsell joins Aaron Toomey's staff ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Fredsell joins the Hawks men's basketball program after being an assistant coach at Utica University since 2022. While at Utica, Fredsell and the Pioneers made three NCAA Tournament appearances after winning three-straight Empire 8 Tournament Championships. Luke was also a part of the Empire 8 Coaching Staff of the year in two seasons and helped recruit six First Team All-Empire 8 selections.
Prior to his time at Utica, Fredsell a student-athlete for Northern Vermont University - Lyndon where he played in 82 games for the Hornets with 127 career three-pointers. While at NVU-Lyndon Luke was a Sports Information Intern with the Hornets and was also an Athletic Event Intern for the Syracuse Stallions.
Fredsell graduated from Northern Vermont University - Lyndon with a bachelor's in Sport Management.
