Jacob Phillips enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the men's lacrosse staff ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Phillips most recently served as the defensive coordinator for the University of Connecticut club men's lacrosse team for the past two years.
Phillips was a three-year student-athlete at Bard College where he started 16 games including nine as the goaltender. Jacob was a three-year Academic All-Conference selection, while also being SAAC Vice President at Bard.
Phillips graduated from Bard College in 2021 with a bachelor's in political studies before receiving his master's at the the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in public administration in 2022.
