INDOOR: Competed as a sprinter, running the 200-meter, 400-meter and 500-meter dashes… notched a career-best 500-meter time at the Valentine Invitational, turning in a 1:09.23… turned in a season-best time of 24.48 in the 200-meter dash at the Springfield College Invitational… posted a season-best 400-meter time of 53.53 at the Joe Donahue Indoor Invitational… ran a leg for the distance medley relay team that set the school record with a time of 10:13.89 at the America East Championship. OUTDOOR: Ran the 200-meter dash at the UConn Spring Invitational, earning a career-best time of 23.60 to finish 17th overall… named to America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

INDOOR: Ran the 200-meter dash at three meets and posted a season-best time of 24.13 at the Harvard Open … notched a season-best performance in the 400-meter run at the Wesleyan Invitational (53.34) … ran the 500-meter distance at two meets and turned in a season-best time of 1:09.99 at the Reebok-Boston Invitational … ran a leg of the distance medley relay that ranked eighth at the America East Championships (10:50.72) … part of the 4x200-meter relay team that placed first at the Dartmouth Classic and broke the Hartford record in 1:31.10 … part of the 4x400-meter relay team that took first place at the Vermont Duals … ran a leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed sixth at the America East Championships (3:20.54) … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. OUTDOOR:  Ran the 200 and 400-meter distances during the outdoor season … clocked-in with a time of 24.38 in the 200-meter dash at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet … season-best 400-meter race came at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet (52.54) … placed 27th in the 400-meter run at the America East Championships (3:20.54) … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Ran for the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Enfield High School for four years … a member of the Class M State Champion 4x100-meter relay team as a senior in 2010 … 4x100-meter team also won the 2010 North Central Connecticut Conference championship … was crowned the NCCC’s 400-meter champion as a senior in 2010… also played three years of high school soccer and was a member of the cross country team for one season.
