INDOOR: Finished seventh in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:49.54 at the Elm City Challenge, his first collegiate meet… ran the mile at the URI Sorlien Invitational, posting a time of 4:51.60… ran the 3,000 meters at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games, crossing the line with a time of 9:48.40… notched a season-best 3,000-meter time of 9:40.71 at the Dartmouth Classic. OUTDOOR: Opened the outdoor campaign with a 3,000-meter time of 9:43.22 at the Stony Brook Quad Meet, good for 11th place… ran the two-mile at the George Davis Invitational at UMass Lowell, covering the distance in 10:27.09… turned in a season-best 5,000-meter time of 16:23.99 at the Holy Cross Invitational… ran the 1,500 meters at the UMass Minuteman Invitational, crossing the line in 4:20.16… posted a time of 17:22.15 in the 5,000 meters at the America East Outdoor Championship… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or better.
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran cross country and track for three years at Griswold High School... 2012 conference champion in the one mile and two mile during the indoor season… also took second place in the conference in the indoor 1,000 meters in 2012… two-time indoor track & field all-conference honoree (2011, 12)… two-time cross country all-conference honoree (2010, 11)… All-Norwich Bulletin for indoor track in 2012… named all-area for cross country by The Day in 2011… won the Eastern Connecticut Conference Sportsmanship Award from 2009-11… four-year honor roll student… inducted into the National Honor Society in 2012.
