Paul Guglietta was named the Assistant Director of Operations & Equipment in November 2023, after previously serving as Equipment Manager since October 2021. In this role, he handles day-to-day operations, including practice scheduling and facility maintenance. Guglietta also handles all equipment ordering and tracking.
Guglietta comes from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine, where he graduated in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with Minors in Business and Coaching.
During his time at the UNE, Guglietta earned the top rank in his program, receiving the Class of 2021 Outstanding Sport Management Student of the Year. Guglietta was invited to both the 2020 NCAA Career in Sports Forum and 2021 NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar. He was also a student-athlete in Football for all 4 years, and is a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society.
Before joining the University of Hartford Athletic Department, Guglietta held positions with the UNE Athletic Department, the Boston Celtics G League affiliate, Maine Celtics, and Korn Ferry Tour partner Shamrock Sports & Entertainment.
