THE LEAD:
Aaron Wilson and
Dalton Ruch each had three hits, but a wild comeback in the bottom of the ninth lifted Binghamton to a 10-9 victory over the Hartford baseball team on Sunday. The Bearcats posted six runs, only two earned, in the bottom of the ninth to emerge victorious.

Reed Gamache went 3-for-6 and drove in the winning run with an RBI single after wild pitches brought in the previous two runs.
Collin Ferguson was carded with his first loss of the year after surrendering just his second and third earned runs of the season, giving up four hits and four walks in 1 2/3 innings. Tsuyochi Horibata picked up the victory in relief for the Bearcats.

Ashton Bardzell went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and three runs scored in a losing effort for the Hawks, while Wilson and Ruch each scored a pair of runs.
HOW THEY SCORED
• The Hawks struck first with Bardzell going deep with a solo shot, his third of the year, in the top of the third.
• Binghamton cracked the scoreboard in the bottom of the fourth, with a triple followed by a double, to tie the score at 1.
• Hartford erupted for four runs in the top of the fifth, the first coming in on Ruch's RBI infield single that plated
Chris Sullivan.
• After Wilson was hit by a pitch,
David MacKinnon added an RBI infield single of his own to make it 3-1.

Chris DelDebbio delivered the biggest hit of the frame, nailing a two-run double to left center to plate Ruch and Wilson for a 5-1 advantage.
• Hartford added two more in the top of the sixth, one on a Wilson RBI triple and a second when he came home on a wild pitch.
• Binghamton rallied for three in the bottom of the sixth on four hits to cut the lead to 7-4.

Erik Ostberg added an insurance run in the top of the eighth on an RBI fielder's choice to make it 8-4.
• Ruch added a run in the ninth with a single to left to drive in Bardzell.
• Binghamton plated six in the bottom of the ninth on three hits, four walks and an error to take the win.
