Manuel Romero had a career-best performance for the Hartford men's golf team, finishing in ninth place in the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate tournament. As a team, the Hawks finished in 10th place.

TOURNAMENT NOTES & HARTFORD HIGHLIGHTS
- Romero carded three rounds of par-or-better for the first time in his career, including a team-best round of 69 (-2) in the first and final rounds, to finish with a personal-low 54-hole total of 209 (69-71-69; -4)
- Senior Elias Gross (72-77-70; +6) and junior Ryan Tomaso (75-70-74; +6) each tied for 48th with scores of 216
- Junior Eric Evans rounded out the Hawks' scorers, as he finished in a tie for 50th with a 220 (75-72-77; +7)
- As a team, Hartford combined for five rounds of par or better, as Tomaso carded a 70 (-1) in the second round and Gross recorded a 70 over the final 18
- Finishing four strokes ahead of Old Dominion with a team score of 826 (-26), North Dakota State took home the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate
