Dylan Jinks paced the Hawks (0-4) with his third hat trick of the season, adding an assist for four points, while Austin Madronic and Kyle Salvatore netted three goals apiece to lead the Crimson's (1-3) offense.

Harvard came out of the opening faceoff hot, rallying for eight of the game's first nine goals to take a significant lead with 5:24 left until halftime. Jinks would end a 6-0 Crimson run with his first of three scores on the day, but Harvard tacked on two more goals before the end of the half to take a 10-2 lead at the break.

Owen Trepeta — pulled the Hawks within six (11-5) with 8:46 left in the third. But Hartford wouldn't come any closer, as Harvard scored three of the next four to put the game out of reach.

- Freshman Andrew Boniface and Trepeta also finished with multiple goals with two apiece.
- Hartford held a 15-12 edge in faceoffs, with junior Nolan Little going 7-of-9 and classmate Nicholas Vazquez adding eight wins (8-for-17).
- Kyle Massimilian went 12-of-24 from the X for Harvard.
- Cam Logan made his debut in goal for the Hawks, finishing with 12 saves, while Kyle Mullin registered eight saves in the winning effort.
