STORRS, Conn. – Hartford baseball fell at UConn, 12-4, Tuesday afternoon, in a midweek, non-conference matchup.

Ashton Bardzell was 1-2 with a run scored and a RBI, as the Hawks fall to 5-12 overall. Michael Woodworth had a game-high four RBI, as the Huskies improve to 14-8 on the year.

UConn scored all of its run in the first four innings, highlighted by a seven run second inning that saw the Huskies hit four RBI doubles.
Hartford managed to get three runs back between the seventh and eighth inning, as junior
Jackson Olson scored on a wild pitch, freshman
Donnie Cohoon hit a RBI single and redshirt-sophomore
Bryce Ramsay scored on an error by the right fielder. That would however wrap up the scoring for Hartford and give the Huskies the 12-4 win.
