Hartford tees off its fall campaign with the Ryan Lee Memorial Collegiate, held at the Hop Meadow Country Club in Simsbury, Conn. The two-day tournament begins on Saturday, Sept. 7. Following the season debut, the Hawks head to Bull's Bridge Golf Club in South Kent, Conn., to host the 10th Annual Hartford Hawks Invitational (Sept. 16-17).

"Our 10th Annual Hartford Hawks Invitational at Bull's Bridge has it's usual strong field of 18 teams, including Central Florida and TCU," Stankevich said. "Bull's Bridge has been a tremendous host to this event the last 10 years, and it's the golf course that keeps great teams coming back year after year."

Hartford rounds out the opening month of the season by heading to Great Horse Golf Club in Hampden, Mass., to participate in the UConn Collegiate Invitational at Great Horse, in which they finished as runner-up last year. The three-day event begins on Sunday, Sept. 1.

"Our men's fall schedule is an excellent blend of regional and national events that will give us a chance to compete against some of the best teams in the Northeast, as well as the rest of the country," said Stankevich. "With the Ryan Lee Memorial at Hop Meadow in Simsbury, the UConn Invitational at Great Horse, and our Hartford Hawks Invitational at Bull's Bridge, we'll be playing in three of the top events in the region."

The Hawks then take a 19-day hiatus from their schedule before heading South to round out their 2019 slate. Hartford first stops in Powells Point, N.C., for the Old Dominion/Outer Banks Invitational held at Kilmarlic Golf Club (Oct. 20-22). Hartford rounds out the year in Palm Harbor, Fla., with the Innisbrook Invitational (Oct. 28-29), which is set to be played at the Innisbrook Resort Copperhead Course.

"The Old Dominion/Outer Banks Invitational at Kilmarlic has become a staple on our fall schedule and this is our 11th year in a row competing there," Stankevich said. "It allows us to compete against a great field of teams we don't normally see and in different conditions than we normally experience. The Innisbrook Invitational is a new event and it hosts an excellent field of teams from all over the country, including Campbell, Florida Gulf Coast, Houston, Wichita State and Duke."

Returning for the Hawks this season is rising senior Elias Gross, who had a tremendous 2018-19 campaign in which he won the UConn Invitation at Great Horse and tied for sixth in the Big Sky Championship. Also returning is rising junior Eric Evans, a Big-Sky All-Conference selection who posted five top-15 finishes and led the Hawks with a 73.17 scoring average a year ago.
