Moses Flowers earned the start in his collegiate debut (Nov. 5, 2019 at Central Connecticut), which kicked off a successful season, culminating in a victory over Stony Brook in the America East Conference semifinal game. Flowers appeared in every game for the Hawks, finishing his freshman season as the team leader in three point field goals (56), while ranking second in scoring (342 points) and third in steals (35). The business major tallied 28 points in two games, bringing his double-digit scoring total to 15 games overall.

About Moses: Moses brings great intensity on the defensive end, both on and off the ball, and his explosiveness on the offensive end makes him a threat in every possession. His growth into becoming a team leader will have a huge impact on the continued rise of our program. 

Off-Season Conditioning Tips: Our focus is on getting eight hours of sleep, continuing to stay hydrated and improving our water intake. Strength and conditioning is key in the off season for the team to grow individually and collectively. We also emphasize the importance of reading to stay emotionally and physically at a peak level.

2020-21 Goals: We are focused on team commitments; we are committed to being the best version of Hartford Basketball every day, both on and off the court.
