Moses Flowers earned the start in his collegiate debut (Nov. 5, 2019 at Central Connecticut), which kicked off a successful season, culminating in a victory over Stony Brook in the America East Conference semifinal game. Flowers appeared in every game for the Hawks, finishing his freshman season as the team leader in three point field goals (56), while ranking second in scoring (342 points) and third in steals (35). The business major tallied 28 points in two games, bringing his double-digit scoring total to 15 games overall.Â

Off-Season Conditioning Tips:Â Our focus is on getting eight hours of sleep, continuing to stay hydrated and improving our water intake. Strength and conditioning is key in the off season for the team to grow individually and collectively. We also emphasize the importance of reading to stay emotionally and physically at a peak level.
