NORTH BEND, Ore. — Graduate student Ryan Tomaso tied for 27th place to lead the Hartford men's golf team at the Bandon Dunes Championship at Bandon Dunes Resort. The Hawks finished in 15^th place among the 17-team field.

TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS & NOTES

• Tomaso combined for a 7-over 220 across the three rounds
• After posting a 1-over 72 in the opening round, he cared a 2-over 73 in the closing round to pace the Hawks
• Sophomore Conor Byrne had the best round of the tournament for the Hawks on the final day, posting a 3-under 68 to finish in a tie for 46th
• Senior Jared Winiarz also had an impressive final round, carding an even 71 during the final 18 holes to tie for 64th
• Oregon took home the team title after finishing two strokes ahead of San Jose State with a team score of 863
• The tournament's top finisher came from the Spartans, as Caleb Shelter shot a 3-under 68 during the final round, finishing with a 4-under 209 across the three days
