NEW HAVEN, Conn. —
Danny Frodigh carded a one-over 141 across two rounds to lead the Hawks with a fourth-place finish at the Yale Invitational. The Hawks finished in seventh out of 15 competing teams, combining for a 26-over 586 during the two-round event at The Yale Golf Course.

TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS & NOTES
- Frodigh had the best round on the day for the Hawks, shooting an even 70 in the second round
- The fourth-place finish is the best for Frodigh this season and the second consecutive tournament that a Hawk placed inside the top-five
- Jared Winiarz finished second for Hartford, carding a 148 (+8) to tie for 28th
- Ryan Tomaso followed closely behind, tying for 32nd after posting a 149 (+9)
- Conor Byrne shot a 10-over 150 to tie for 36th while Manuel Romero rounded out Hartford's team, finishing with a 12-over 152 to tie for 47th
- The hosts Yale took home the team title, finishing with a combined 574, two strokes ahead of second-place Temple
- Tafadzwa Nyamukondiwa of Drexel took home the individual title, posting a three-under 67 in the final round to finish one stroke ahead of Sacred Heart's Marcus Lim

The Hawks return to action on Monday, April 25 at Big Sky Championships. The three-day event is set to take place at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.
