Ten University of Hartford women's lacrosse players scored, including a trio of players registering hat tricks, as the Hawks claimed the 19-3 victory Wednesday over the Wentworth Institute of Technology on Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Field.

Madison Olmstead finished with three goals and three assists, while senior
Lenaijah Ferguson and junior
Meghan Smith finished with three goals and two goals each.

Hartford scored six goals in each of the first two periods, and then added three goals in the third period and four in the fourth period.
In addition to the offensive prowess, sophomore
Shelby Frashure established a pair of records on defense. Her six caused turnovers set a record for most in a game. It also gave her 16 caused turnovers this season, which breaks the old record of 14.

Hanna Ramsey played the first half, allowing one goal with seven saves, while freshman
Mandi Rivard allowed two goals with three saves.

- Hartford finished with 12 assists, the second-most in any game this season.
- The 19 goals scored were also the second-most for the Hawks.
- Three other players – sophomore Courtney Ingham, sophomore Erin Johns, and freshman Laurel McIntosh – finished with a pair of goals.

- Olmstead and Ferguson combined for 10 of the team's 16 draw controls as the Hawks held the 16-9 advantage.
