WEST HARTFORD, Conn. As the leaves start to fall, and the temperature begins to drop the Men's golf team looks to get the ball rolling on their 2024 season. Coming off a year in which the Hawks were able to capture a top three finish in seven of their 11 events, four of those being a first-place finish. They'll look to continue this success coming into the 2024-25 season.
Familiar Faces:Â
Head coach Pete Stankavich enters his 17th season as Head Coach of the men's golf team. Assistant Coach John Aylsworth enters his 7th season with the Hawks. Along with the coaching staff Hartford brings back 5 returners.Â
The Seniors:Â
The Hawks will be rejoined by three seniors, as their experience will be colossal for the upcoming season.Â

Fresh Start:Â
Hartford will welcome three freshmen this season, all of whom hail from outside the constitution state. Â

Looking Ahead:Â
Hartford looks to continue their domination from last year as they kick off their first event of six in Middlebury, VT this weekend on Saturday, Sep. 14th, and Sunday, Sep. 15th at the Duke Nelson Invitational. Following the road trip north the Hawks will host the Gillette Ridge Invitational at Gillette Ridge golf course in Bloomfield, CT on Saturday, Sep. 21st and Sunday, Sep. 22nd. Shortly thereafter Hartford will migrate south to the Northeast Elite Invitational in Williamsport, PA on Sep. 28th and 29th at Williamsport Country Club. After a short break the Hawks are back on the road in Brewster, MA for the New England Intercollegiate Championship at The Captains Course on Oct 19th and 20th. Hartford will finish up their regular season at home as they host the Battle at Bull's Bridge, in South Kent, CT at Bull's Bridge Country Club on Oct. 28th.Â
