WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - The University of Hartford women's soccer drew Roger Williams on Saturday in their second Conference of New England (CNE) game of season.

	- Hartford opened the game with a pair of chaces as graduate student Christina Stone (Glastonbury, Conn.) and graduate student May Cervone (Milford, Conn.) both had shots stopped by Coco Marrelli. In the 13th minute Roger Williams jumped ahead as a counter attack led by Rachel Oster sent a ball to the middle tapped in by Julia Robbins. The Hawks of Hartford answered in the 15th minute as junior Rebecca Opdenbrouw (Vernon, Conn.) drew a penalty opportunity. Graduate student Imani Jenkins (Middletown, Conn.) evened the score netting the penalty. Sophomore Kathleen Brush (Wethersfield, Conn.) almost put Hartford on top 32nd minute, but another save for Marrelli kept the score at 1-1. Cervone had one final chance in the final seconds of the first half, but it stayed high. 
- The second half continued to be a battle the first chance came in the 60th minute as Stone pushed a shot on target forcing yet another save. Senior Juliana Chiarella (Hampden, Mass.) added a close chance in the 81st minute, but Marrelli stayed strong. Stone had the final opportunity in the 90th minute, but the Hawks stayed strong defensively to keep the draw. 
Inside the Numbers:
	- Jenkins added her 61st career goal in the tie to mark a new program-record for career goals. Imani passed Jessica Reifer for the record and has scored her 61 goals in 55 games. 
- Junior Sejal Johnson (Weddington, N.C.) allowed the goal in net moving to 3-2-2 on the season. 
- Hartford out shot Roger Williams by a 17-1 margin and also had a 10-1 on target differential.
