WEST HARTFORD, Conn - On Tuesday, the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Teams were released with Austin Murawski (Rocky Hill, Conn.) representing the Hawks by being named to the 2nd team. Murawski's All-Region selection puts a cherry on top of a phenomenal season for the Hartford midfielder.
Murawski tore it up for the Hawks in his junior season, earning a whole host of awards throughout his 2025 campaign. Within the Conference of New England (CNE), Murawski was named CNE Offensive Player of the Week in October, while also earning 1st Team All-Conference at the end of the season. Not only was Murawski a weapon on the pitch, but he also took home College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors for his work in the classroom.Â
As for his stats on the season, Murawski led his Hawks with nine goals and eight assists, totaling 26 points, outscoring the rest of Hartford's squad by a considerable margin. Four out of Murawski's nine goals came as game-winners, a tally that is tied 1st across the entire CNE. As for Murawski's rankings in conference for goals, assists, and points, he finished in 4th, 2nd, and 2nd, respectively.Â
