WEST HARTFORD, CONN. - On Tuesday, July 29th Cobalt and the Golf Coaches Association of America announced their 2024-25 All-America Scholars, with seniors Kyle St. Pierre (Shelton, Conn.) and John Guerrera (Farmington, Conn.) featured.

To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their associate's degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 79.0 in NCAA Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.

St. Pierre played in all 11 tournaments for the Hawks in his senior season, finishing with a scoring average of 77.6 with his highest placement being seventh place at the Bill Detrick Invitational, where he shot a pair of 73 in his two rounds played. Kyle was a four year member of the Hartford men's golf team, and majored in Finance.

Guerrera also played in all 11 tournaments in his senior season, finishing with a scoring average of 75.9 with his highest placement being eighth place at the Hartford Hawks/Tumblebrook Invitational, with a round one score of 76 and round two score of 72. John was a three year member of the Men's Golf Team, as well as majoring in Business Analytics/ Managerial Economics.
