Shenloogian’s Breakout Season Continues with Third CNE Rookie of the Week Honor

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – On Monday, the Conference of New England (CNE) announced its weekly honor roll with freshman Allie Shenloogian(Park Ridge, N.J.) being tabbed as the women's basketball rookie of the week for the third-time this season.

Shenloogian has been a consistent go-to for the Hawks in this 2025-26 season. Earlier last week, the Hawks defeated tough opponent Western New England University who they previously lost to on the road. Shenloogian put up an impressive 16 points along with seven rebounds and one assist in her 26 minutes of play time. This past Saturday, Allie lead the team with 15 points as they faced off against Johnson and Wales University, tallying seven rebounds yet again.

So far, Shenloogian has started in 10 of the 21 games played, averaging 26.6 minutes, 6.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.6 rebounds a game.

The Hawks women's basketball team will be back in action on Tuesday, February 3rd to play Suffolk University on the road with a tip-off of 5:30 P.M.
