JUNIOR (2012-13):
INDOOR: Won the triple jump at the season-opening Vermont Dual Meet with a mark of 13.20 meters… took sixth place in the long jump at Vermont with a mark of 5.33 meters… also ran the 300 at Vermont, finishing seventh with a time of 39.40… posted a third-place finish in the triple jump at the Elm City Challenge with a mark of 13.48 meters, a career-best mark indoors… also finished fifth in the 55-meter dash (6.88 seconds) and ninth in the long jump (5.77 meters) at Elm City.
OUTDOOR: Competed in the triple jump five times, finishing in the top-four on four occasions… took fourth place in the triple jump at the George Davis Invitational, the UMass Invitational and the Holy Cross Invitational… won the triple jump at Yale with a mark of 13.23 meters… leapt to a mark of 13.31 meters, wind-aided, to finish 11th in the triple jump at the America East Conference Championship meet… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or better.

SOPHOMORE (2011-12):
INDOOR: Competed as a sprinter and jumper… set career-best marks in the 55-meter and 60-meter dashes as well as the long jump and triple jump… took second place in the 55 meters at the season-opening Vermont Dual, posting a personal-best time of 6.75 seconds… finished second in the triple jump at Vermont, leaping to a mark of 12.44 meters… sprinted to a career-best 60-meter mark at the Harvard Open, taking 19th with a time of 7.29… finished third in the long jump at Harvard, posting a mark of 6.12 meters in his first collegiate entry in the event… took ninth in the triple jump at the Harvard Open, setting a career-best indoor mark of 13.45 meters… earned a fourth-place finish at the Springfield College Invitational with a 13.00-meter mark… finished ninth in the triple jump at the America East Championship, leaping to a mark of 13.43 meters…
OUTDOOR: earned four top-10 finishes in the triple jump during the outdoor season… took sixth in the triple jump at the AIC Invitational with a mark of 12.26 meters… leapt to ninth place in the triple jump at UMass with a12.76-meter jump… notched ninth place in the 100-meter dash with a wind-aided time of 11.31 seconds at the Holy Cross Invitational… leapt 13.27 meters (wind-aided) to take fifth in the triple jump at Holy Cross… finished sixth in the triple jump at the America East Championship with a wind-aided mark of 13.52 meters… also at the conference championship, set a personal-best 100-meter time, crossing the line at 11.17 seconds… helped the 4x100-meter relay team to a season-best time of 42.42 at the America East Championship… earned All-New England honors as a member of the 4x100-meter relay that finished seventh at the New England Championship with a time of 42.58… named to the America East Honor Roll with a GPA of 3.0 or better.

FRESHMAN (2010-11):
INDOOR: A sprinter who also competed in the triple jump … season-best 55-meter dash mark of 6.91 came at the Wesleyan Invitational … saw a season-best 60-meter time of 7.54 at the Dartmouth Classic … earned first place in the triple jump at the Dartmouth Classic, combining for a season-best distance of 13.09-meters … placed second in the triple jump at the Vermont Duals (13.07-meters) … placed 12th in the triple jump at the America East Championships … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
OUTDOOR: Ran the 100 and 200-meter dashes and competed in the long jump … hit a season-low mark of 11.24 in the 100-meter dash at the America East Championships and placed 13th … saw a season-best 200-meter time of 23.98 at the UConn Invitational … combined for 13.54-meters in the triple jump, a season-best, for ninth place overall … part of the 4x100-meter relay teams that was the top finisher at both the Solomon Invitational and the UMass Pre-Conference Meet … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

BEFORE HARTFORD:
Attended Valley Stream South High School where he was a four-year member of track and field team … anchored the 4x100-meter relay team that qualified for the county championships for four-straight years … 4x100-meter team placed fourth at the Nassau County Class A championship in 2008 and posted back-to-back third place finishes at the championship in 2009 and 2010 … twice crowned the Nassau County Class A outdoor triple jump champion (2009, 2010) … a recipient of the Valley Stream South track and field coaches award in 2010 … holds high school triple jump record … ran the 100-meter leg of the 2010 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Qualifying Sprint Medley Relay in Texas … started two years on the Valley Stream South varsity football team … a two-year varsity starter on the high school basketball team where he helped the squad to three consecutive postseason playoffs.
