OUTDOOR: Ran a 24.81 at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4.30) …  ran season best for the 400 with a time of 53.95 at the 2017 Dartmouth Invitational (4.14) … 58.58 in the 400H at the 2017 Yale Springtime Invitational (4.30) INDOOR: 7.06 in the 55 m vs. Vermont … ran a 24.68 in the 200m at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic (2.4) … ran a 39.25 in the 300m vs Vermont ( 12.3) … 53.39 in the 400m at the America East Indoor Track & Field Championship (2.24) … 8.82 in the 55H vs. Vermont ( 12.3) … 9.91 60H at the Yale Season Opener  (12.10).



FRESHMAN (2015-2016):
INDOOR: Competed in seven indoor events in his rookie season ... set college-best marks in the 300-meter dash (40.62), 400-meter dash (55.28), the 55-meter hurdles (9.39-m) and the 60-meter hurdles (9.84-m) ... placed in Hartford's top five finishers in the men's 300-meter run at the Vermont Dual Meet (Dec. 6) ... OUTDOOR: Competed in four outdoor events to finish his freshman campaign ... set college-best marks in 200-meter run ( and the 400-meter hurdles (57.42) ... finished fifth in his section of the 400-meter hurdles at the UMass Invitational (April 11) ... was the second-fastest Hawk (59.92) in the 400-meter hurdles at the Holy Cross Invite (April 18) ... named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

BEFORE HARTFORD:
Was a member of the track & field team at Eastport South Manor High School…was All-League in 400 hurdles his junior and senior year…led his team to a winter league championship his senior year…led his team to an undefeated league championship during the spring of his senior year…was an All-County selection for soccer...was named Scholar Athlete of the Year...was a member of the national honor society, world language honor society and leaders club...competed at the regionals for the Junior Olympics in the 400 hurdles.
