FRESHMAN (2012-13):
INDOOR: Ran the mile and the 3,000 meters in his first collegiate season… opened the season with a third-place result in the mile at the Vermont Dual Meet, finishing with a time of 4:33.40… took second place in the 3,000 meters at the Elm City Challenge with a time of 9:11.65… posted a season-best mile time of 4:31.06 on his way to an 15th-place finish at the Dartmouth Invitational… took 11th-place in the mile at the America East Indoor Championship with a time of 4:32.85… OUTDOOR: Ran the 1,500 meters at the UMass Minuteman Invitational, crossing the line 37th with a time of 4:14.22… posted a season-best 1,500 time of 4:11.08 at the Holy Cross Invite on his way to a 19th-place result… helped the 4x800 relay to a third-place finish at the Yale Springtime Invitational…named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or better.
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran cross country, indoor track and outdoor track all four years at Grafton High School... Central Massachusetts Cross Country District Champion… Division 4 Massachusetts State Champion in the two-mile run… two-time district champion in the indoor mile run… two-time district champion in the outdoor mile run… 2012 Outstanding Achievement Award… Worcester Telegram and Gazette Cross Country Super Team selection… earned 12 varsity letters… participated in the National Youth Leadership Conference and the Anti-Defamation League Conference.
