JUNIOR (2012-13):
INDOOR: Selected to the America East Indoor Track & Field All-Academic team… set personal-bests in the 300- and 400-meter dashes as well as the 55- and 60-meter hurdles… finished fifth in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.31 seconds to open the season at Vermont… also finished eighth in the 300 at Vermont with a personal-best time of 39.67 meters… At the Elm City Challenge, finished second in the 200 with a time of 24.69 seconds, third in the 55-meter hurdles with a career-best mark of 8.26 seconds and fifth in the 400 with a time of 56.31 seconds… set a personal-best 400 time of 55.93 seconds at the URI Sorlien Invitational… also finished 10th in the 60-meter hurdles at URI with a time of 9.13 seconds… broke the school record in the 60-meter hurdles at Dartmouth with a time of 8.73 seconds… re-broke his 60-meter hurdles record with a time of 8.71 seconds in the America East Championship to finish 11th… also ran as a member of the 4x100 and 4x400 relays.  OUTDOOR: Helped the 4x200 relay take third place at Stony Brook… took ninth in the 110-meter hurdles at the UMass Invitational with a time of 16.08… also took 18th in the 400 hurdles at UMass, crossing the line in 1:01.70… posted a career-best 400 hurdles time of 59.61 at Holy Cross to take sixth place while also finishing 12th in the 110 hurdles at the meet… finished fifth in the 110 hurdles at Yale with a career-best time of 15.64 seconds at Yale… also finished 11th in the 400 hurdles at Yale… finished 10th in the 110 hurdles at the America East Championship with a time of 15.80… ran in the 110 hurdles at the New England Championship.
 
SOPHOMORE (2011-12):
INDOOR: Set personal-best times in the 55-meter dash, 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season… posted a PR of 7.14 in the 55-meter dash at the Joe Donahue Invitational… notched a career-best mark of 7.65 in the 60-meter dash at Springfield College… took sixth place in the 60-meter hurdles at Springfield College, breaking the tape in 8.98 seconds… also at Springfield, posted a season-best mark of 25.12 seconds in the 200-meter dash… finished 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at the America East Indoor Championship, crossing the line in 8.94 seconds, a career-best... competed in the both the 4x200 and 4x400 relays. OUTDOOR: Earned four top-10 finishes in the 110-meter hurdles and three top-10 finishes in the 400-meter hurdles during the outdoor season… took eighth place with a time of 16.04 in the 110-meter hurdles at UConn… also at UConn, finished ninth in the 400 hurdles, rounding the track in 1:01.26, a season best… earned another ninth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at AIC with a time of 1:01.87… finished seventh in the 110 hurdles at UMass with a time of 16.19… recorded a time of 16.16 in the 110 hurdles at Yale to take seventh place… finished 10th in the 400 hurdles at Yale… finished seventh in the 110-meter hurdles at the America East Outdoor Championship with a then-school-record time of 15.66 seconds in the prelims, followed by a time of 15.75 in the finals… set the school record in the 110-meter hurdles at the New England Championship, crossing the line in 15.41 seconds.
 
FRESHMAN (2010-11):
INDOOR: Ran the hurdles and sprints during his rookie indoor season … turned in a season-best time of 8.33 in the 55-meter hurdles preliminaries of the Vermont Duals … went on to tie for the 55-meter hurdles title at the Vermont Duals (8.34) … broke Hartford’s 60-meter hurdles record at the America East Championships, placing 13th with a time of 8.97 … named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. OUTDOOR: Ran the hurdles during the outdoor season … saw a season-best time 110-meter hurdles time of 16.21 at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet … placed 11th in the 110-meter hurdles at the America East Championships (16.29) … season-best 400-meter hurdles time of 1:00.68 came at the Gerry Gravel Classic … named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
A two sport athlete at Blackstone-Millville Regional High School … a three-year member of the indoor track and field team and four-year member of the outdoor track and field team … named team captain of the indoor and outdoor track and field squads as a senior … school record holder in the 400-meter hurdles, 110-meter hurdles, indoor high jump, 55-meter hurdles … also a member of the school record breaking indoor and outdoor 4x400-meter relay teams as well as the indoor 4x200-meter relay squad … crowned the 2010 Central Massachusetts 110-meter hurdle champion.
