JUNIOR (2012-13):
INDOOR: Opened his junior campaign with a win in the mile run at the Vermont Dual Meet, finishing first with a season-best time of 4:29.99… ran the 3,000 meters for the first time as a collegian at the Elm City Challenge, winning the event with a time of 8:53.03… also competed in the mile run at the Joe Donahue Games and the Dartmouth Classic.
OUTDOOR: Finished seventh in the 3,000 meters at the Stony Brook Quad Meet, finishing with a time of 9:03.79… finished 20th in the 1,500-meter run at the UMass Lowell’s George Davis Invitational, turning in a time of 4:20.46… set a career-best mark in the 1,500 at the UMass Invitational, crossing the line in 4:04.76 to take 11th in the event… took ninth place in the 1,500 at the Holy Cross Invitational, posting a time of 4:07.57… crossed the line in 4:07.49 in the 1,500 at the Yale Springtime Invitational to finish 15th… took 18th in the 1,500 meters at the America East Outdoor Championship with a time of 4:04.76… also ran a leg for the 4x400-meter relay at Holy Cross, helping the squad to a 12th-place finish and a time of 3:38.97… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or better.

SOPHOMORE (2011-12):
INDOOR: Competed as a middle-distance runner… posted a personal-best in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:00.03 at the Harvard Open… finished fifth in the 800 meters at the Harvard Open…notched a career-best 1,000-meter time of 2:33.31 in his only race of the season at that distance at the Valentine Invitational…earned top-10 results in the mile run at the Vermont Dual (sixth – 4:42.67) and the Springfield College Invitational (seventh – 4:30.58)… ran a leg for the 4x800-meter relay that set a school-record time of 7:51.40 at the New England Championship… ran a leg for the distance medley relay team that set the school record with a time of 10:13.89 at the America East Championship… selected to the America East All-Academic team.
OUTDOOR: Set a career-best outdoor time of 2:01.05 in the 800-meter run at the UMass Invitational… notched a career-best 1,500-meter time of 4:06.04 at the America East Championship meet… member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN (2010-11):
INDOOR: Ran the 1,000-meter and mile distances during his first indoor season … covered the 1,000-meter distance in a season-best time of 2:41.91 at the Dartmouth Classic … placed 14th at the America East Championships in the mile run with a season-best time of 4:28.65 … named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
OUTDOOR: Ran the 800-meter distance at a pair of meets and turned in a season-best time of 2:03.00 at the Colonial Relays … ran the 1500-meter race at the UConn Invitational in 4:16.61 … named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

BEFORE HARTFORD:
Attended Red Hook High School where he lettered in indoor track and field, outdoor track and field and cross country for all four seasons … captained the cross country and track and field teams as a senior …part of the squad that captured four-straight Mid Hudson Athletic League championships from 2006 to 2009 … high school cross country team was named the New York State Section 9 champions from 2006 to 2009 … a four-time New York State cross country qualifier and Dutchess Country Cross Country all-star in 2008 … placed fourth at the Mid Hudson Athletic League cross country championships in 2008 and went on to finish third at the New York State Section 9 cross country championships that season … holds a high school PR’s of 16:45 in the 5000-meter and 10:09 in the 3200-meter … 1600-meter PR is 4:39 … personal-best 800-meter time is 2:05 … awarded the most points on his track team during the 2010 outdoor season and received the Superior Senior Athlete Award that year.
