BEFORE HARTFORD
Played four years of soccer and ran four years of track at Bristol Central High School … was a finalist for ESPN Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior … also received All-State and All-Conference honors as well as the Offensive Player of the Year Award … also named Hartford Courant Top Ten Player of the Year and All-Conference … led Bristol Central to the quarterfinals of the state playoffs in 2009 … was the team’s top-scorer that season … captained the team in 2011 … played club soccer for the Oakwood Soccer Club where she was a part of the Connecticut State Cup Champion and the Disney Showcase Championship team … served as team captain at Oakwood in 2011 and 2012 … also played for the Women’s Premier Soccer League on the New England Mutiny where she was a member of the New England Regional Championship team and received All-Conference honors … ran sprints and was a member of two relays on the track team … ranked third overall in a class of 315 … a member of the National Honor Society and nominated for the Governor’s Scholar Award.
