AT HARTFORD:
2024: Karcich appeared in 29 sets during her sophomore season. Kaia played in 29 sets, recording 10 digs, eight service aces, and four assists, Kaia had a standout performance on September 14th against Clark University, where she registered a season-high of three aces and four digs.

2023: In 2023, during her freshman season, Kaia played in nine sets, contributing two service aces and four digs.

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: A four year letter winner at  Valley Regional High School…Recorded 47 aces, and 399 digs as a senior…Earned most improved and team mvp in junior year…Piloted Valley Regional to a shoreline conference championship as a freshman ..Tallied 56 aces, and 330 digs as a junior..Played club volleyball for Connecticut Juniors Association.
