Reporting Violations

The University of Hartford is committed to compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the NCAA in the conduct of its intercollegiate athletics programs. In instances in which the University does not achieve compliance with NCAA regulations, the compliance staff will investigate and self-report NCAA rules violations.

As required by the NCAA, any potential violations of the NCAA regulations must be reported to the compliance department. If a violation has occurred, then the compliance department must report the violations to the NCAA.

Any individual (e.g. university personnel, coaches, student-athletes, fans, friends, alumni and family of the program) has a duty to report any potential violation. The potential violation can be reported via phone or writing (email or letter). Potential violations may be reported anonymously.
