FRESHMAN (2012-13):
INDOOR: Posted a time of 4:38.46 in the mile at the Elm City Challenge, his first collegiate meet… ran a leg for the 4x800-relay team that took first place at the Elm City Challenge… ran the 1,000 meters at the URI Sorlien Invite, posting a time of 2:45.57… notched a time of 2:00.83 in the 800 meters at the Joe Donahue Games, good for 23rd overall… posted a season-best 1,000-meter time of 2:40.08 to take 13th place at the Dartmouth Classic… helped the 4x800-relay to a sixth-place finish at the America East Indoor Championship. OUTDOOR: Ran the 800-meter run twice during the outdoor schedule… at the UMass Invitational, covered two laps around the track in 2:11.96… posted a season-best outdoor time of 2:10.05 at the Yale Springtime Invitational… also helped the 4x800 relay to a third-place finish at Yale… named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or better.  
 
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Ran cross country for four years at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School... Also a member of the indoor and outdoor track & field teams… Captain of the cross country team as well as both the indoor and outdoor track & field teams as a senior… Helped lead cross country team to a fourth-place finish in the New York State Championship meet in 2011… Member of the three-time Section Two Class B cross country team champion from 2009-11… Helped Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake to the 2009 New York State Class B championship… Ran in the Nike Cross Nationals cross country meet in 2009… Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth at the New York State Outdoor Track & Field Championship in 2012… Member of the 4x800 relay team that took fifth at the 2010 New York State Indoor Championship.
