Senior (2016):
Made 14 appearances for the Hawks, starting all but one outing … recorded a team high seven wins with one complete game and one save … struck out a team-leading 49 batters in 75 innings … pitched all seven innings, striking out six and only allowing one earned run in a win against Maine (4/23) … in six innings of work tied a team high of seven strikeouts, only giving up one run and five hits in a win against Albany (4/30) … pitched four innings of two-hit shutout ball in a save against Villanova (3/25).
JUNIOR (2015):
Made 13 starts for the Hawks as a junior, logging a career-high 65.1 innings and a career-high 37 strikeouts … allowed just 67 hits and 40 runs, good for 11th and 14th in the America East, respectively … started the fourth-most games in the America East (13) … played for the New Market Rebels of the Valley League during the summer.
SOPHOMORE (2014):
Made 10 appearances, all starts … finished the season with a 4.40 earned run average allowing 26 runs, 21 of them earned, on 52 hits in 43.0 innings of work … posted a 2-4 overall record, including one shutout, a 3-0 victory over the UMass (3/19), which was also his first victory of the season … also scored a seven-inning, career-long outing, in a 5-3 win over Quinnipiac (4.22) … matched his career-high with 20 strikeouts, including a career-high six against UMass … followed that with four strikeouts against UConn in his next outing (3.25) ... played summer ball for the Danbury Westerners in the New England Collegiate Baseball League.
FRESHMAN (2013):
Made 15 appearances on the mound, all out of the bullpen … finished the season fifth on the team with a 4.36 earned run average … completed seven different outings without allowing a run … gave up a total of 21 runs, 16 earned, in 33 total innings of work … struck out 20 total batters … season-long outing was 5.1 innings, allowing just one run, against Maine (3/24) … struck out a career-high three runs in two different games against Maine and UMass (4/17).
BEFORE HARTFORD:
Played three years of baseball, four years of basketball and three years of football at Mark T. Sheehan High School … was named captain as a senior … named All-Housatonic and Connecticut High School Coaches Association All-State in 2012 … also an All-State wide receiver on the football team as a junior … a criminal justice major in the College of Arts and Sciences.
