Biography

AT HARTFORD:
2025: Costa appeared and started in all 15 of Hartford’s games during her senior season, accumulating 883 total minutes. Costa would end the year with 12 shots on goal, the second most on the team, showing her propensity to be in dangerous attacking positions. She would pick up her first collegiate assist for the Hawks on September 9th against Albertus Magnus in a 5-1 victory.

PRIOR TO HARTFORD: Graduate of Lakeland High School, where Costa was an All-League selection for lacrosse and field hockey, a team captain and an All-Section honorable mention in lacrosse. Sara was a field hockey state champion, 2020 Putnam Northern Westchester Regional field hockey champion and a regional runner-up.
