The America East has made modifications to its league schedule for the spring 2021 campaign. The modified schedule includes doubleheaders against the same America East opponent, rather than home-and-home series to reduce travel demands amid the pandemic. Additionally, due to COVID-19, the schedule is subject to change, and all games will be played in accordance with the latest guidelines from the CDC, the State of Connecticut, the University of Hartford and the America East Conference.
Continuing to follow guidance put in place during the winter season, fans will not be permitted at any home games throughout the spring. However, Hartford Athletics will continue its "Fill the Nest" initiative, which allows fans to purchase custom photo cutouts for $100 each, with all proceeds supporting the program of their choice.
The cutouts will be placed in their respective indoor or outdoor venues for the start of the spring season. Click

After the season opener, Hartford begins the month of March on the road when it heads to Durham, N.H., to take on New Hampshire for a weekend set (March 6-7).
Hartford will return to West Hartford for its final home matches of the regular season, against NJIT, on March 13-14.
After concluding the home portion of the schedule, Hartford hits the road for its final six matches of the regular season. The first stop lands the Hawks in Albany, N.Y., where they will face both UAlbany and Stony Brook twice over a two-day stretch (March 21-22). The regular season wraps up on March 27-28, with a two-game set at UMBC.
The America East Championship will take place on Sunday, April 4.
Receiving three of seven first-place votes and 28 total points, Hartford was picked to finish second in the America East Volleyball Preseason Poll. UAlbany, which earned four first-place votes and 33 points, is projected to repeat as America East Champion, according to the league's head coaches.
Under head coach
Vinh Nguyen, who enters his third season at the helm of the Hawks, 2019 marked Hartford's first appearance in the title match of the America East Championship since 1996. Despite falling in five sets to UAlbany, the Hawks finished with 16 wins, the most since 2014.
