WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Hartford men's golf looks to continue its success this Fall when it travels to Great Horse Country Club in Hampden, Mass. Oct. 2-4 for the UConn Invitational.

Senior Manuel Romero and junior Conor Byrne have both won Big Sky Golfer of the Week in three weeks of play this season. Byrne won the award after posting 6-under in two rounds at the Ryan Lee Memorial Collegiate, good enough for fourth place overall. Romero followed the next week hitting 3-under in three rounds at the Hartford Hawks Invitational.

Byrne finished in the top 20 out of 90 individuals at the UConn Invitational in 2021.

The tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. Hartford is scheduled to tee off 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Great Horse Country Club in Hampden, Mass.
