BLOOMFIELD, Conn. – Sophomore Madeline Adam finished round two tied for the best score of 73 at the Hartford Hawks Invitational Tuesday at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course. Adam's phenomenal finish pushed the Hawks into fourth place for the tournament.

Adam finished tied for third overall with a final score of 152, six strokes behind first place.

Sophomore Grace Farland also finished in the top 15, finishing with a score of 156. Senior Leslie Li and sophomore Lilly Moreau rounded out the top 25 with scores of 158 and 160.

Hartford now hits the road for two more Fall tournaments. The Hawks head to The Farms Country Club in Wallingford, Conn. Oct. 10-11 for the Quinnipiac Classic.
