WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Hartford head women's golf coach Pete Stankevich has announced the schedule for the Hawks' upcoming 2022 fall season. The Hawks are set to compete in five tournaments across New England, highlighted by the Hartford Hawks Women's Invitational at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course.

The Hawks tee off for the first time on Saturday, Sept. 10, when they open the season with the Yale Women's Invitational held at The Course at Yale. Following the two-day event in New Haven, Hartford heads to Beantown for the Boston College Intercollegiate from Sept. 26-27, held at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Mass.
 
"The Yale Invitational and Boston College Intercollegiate will be tough tests to start the fall," Stankevich said. "This year will be the final Yale Invitational before The Course at Yale undergoes a massive renovation. Blue Hill is a very challenging course that will test our group, and the field at Boston College will provide a great opportunity to compete against the top teams in the region."

Following the trip to Boston, Hartford returns home to host the Hartford Hawks Invitational from Oct. 3-4, at the Wintonbury Hills Golf Course in neighboring Bloomfield.

The final stretch of the 2022 fall schedule lands the Hawks at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford, Conn., for the Quinnipiac Classic (Oct. 10-11). Hartford wraps up the fall slate with the Sacred Heart Fall Classic at Great River Golf Course in Milford, Conn. (Oct. 16-17).

"Our Hartford Hawks Invitational gives us the opportunity to host our own event at Wintonbury Hills on a course our team is very familiar with," said Stankevich. "This fall will be the first time we play in the Quinnipiac Classic at the Farms and we are looking forward to taking part in the event. The Sacred Heart event at Great River has been a staple on our fall schedule and is an event our team enjoys and has had success at in the past."
