GREENBURGH, NY – The University of Hartford women's golf team placed sixth in the two-day, 11-team St. John's Invitational held at The Saint Andrew's Golf Club.

Madeline Adam posted four birdies in the first round, tied for the tournament high, as she was tied for third – four off the lead. She finished tied for 15th after carding a 10-over 81 on the second day. Adam posted one birdie with five bogeys over the round.

After carding a four-over 75 in the opening round, Lilly Moreau shot a 10-over 81 in the second round to finish tied for 21st with a 156. She finished the round with 11 rounds of par and five double bogeys.

Leslie Li had the best second day of any Hartford golfer, shooting a six-over 77 to improve to tied for 26th after starting the round in a tie for 42nd place. She had seven rounds of par with three birdies and seven double bogeys.

Lara Yeung and Grace Farland rounded out the scoring with 161 and 167, respectively.

Hartford concludes the 2023 spring season April 16 and April 17 at the Sacred Heart Spring Invitational.
