WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – On Monday, the Conference of New England (CNE) announced its weekly honor roll with freshman Allie Shenloogian (Park Ridge, N.J.) being tabbed as the women's basketball rookie of the week.
Shenloogian was huge in the home opener on November 14th against the United States Coast Guard Academy, scoring 11 points to go with 10 rebounds and a pair of assists. Allie shot 4-9 from the floor in the win going 1-2 from deep and 2-4 from the charity stripe in the 68-60 victory.
So far this season, Shenloogian has started all three games averaging 6.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game in 25.3 minutes per contest.
The Hawks women's basketball team will be back in action on Saturday, November 22nd at Springfield College with a 4:30 PM tip-off time.
