NEW HAVEN, Conn. - On Friday and Saturday, the University of Hartford men's indoor track & field team competed in their first two-day meet of the season placing in 2nd out of 13 teams in the Art Kadish Invitational hosted by Southern Connecticut State University.

- Freshman Julius Lowe-Wannamaker (Springfield, Mass.) took home gold in the long jump event while hitting a personal best of 6.90 meters. The mark was also good for third all-time in program history.
- Junior Thomas Yonkers (Farmington, Conn.) cleared a height of 4.15 meters in pole vault good for a third place finish.
- Sophomore Aidan Lybarger (South Burlington, Vt.) came in seventh place in the weight throw hitting a distance of 14.71 meters.
- Junior William Pavlinsky (New Milford, Conn.) hit a personal record of 14.96 meters in the shot put event as he finished in third place. Pavlinsky now sits second in program-history in the event.
- Freshman Burell Laneau (Valley Stream, N.Y.) had another impressive showing this time in the 55 meter hurdles event placing in 5th place at a time of 8.18 seconds. The time was a new school record for the 55 meter hurdles.
- Freshman Mikael Isaacs (Danbury, Conn.) finished in second place in the 600 meter race at a time of 1:27.04.
- Sophomore Aidan Quee (Springfield, Mass.) had a great triple jump showing placing in fourth at a distance of 13.39 meters.
- Graduate student Kaden Leonard (Webster, N.Y.) closed the top performers coming in 9th in the 200 meter at a time of 23.12 seconds.
