NEW LONDON, Conn. - On Friday and Saturday, the University of Hartford women's indoor track & field team competed in the Silfen Invitational hosted by Connecticut College.

- Freshman Melvin Sanchez (Meriden, Conn.) placed in 1st in the javelin throw at a distance of 54.09 meters.
- Freshman Julius Lowe-Wannamaker (Springfield, Mass.) took gold in the long jump at 6.49 meters.
- Graduate student Kaden Leonard (Webster, N.Y.) placed in 1st in the 100 meter at 10.58 seconds.
- Freshman Gavin Mize (Downington, Pa.) came in second in the 800 meter at a time of 2:00.88.
- Sophomore Aidan Lybarger (South Burlington, Vt.) came in second in the discus throw hitting a distance of 45.55 meters.
- Junior Thomas Yonkers (Farmington, Conn.) came in third at pole vault clearing 4.30 meters.
- Senior Bryce Foster (Manchester, N.H.) came in third in the 110 meter hurdles at a time of 15.78.
