Ran in five meets in his third year as a member of the cross country team… finished in the top-five of Hartford runners in four of his five races…helped the Hawks open the season with a team victory in the 5k Trinity Invitational, covering the distance in 17:12 to take 12th place… finished 40th at the 8k Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 28:07… covered the 8k course at the New England Championships in 27:04 to take 142nd place overall… took 47th place at the Pre-Conference Meet, turning in a time of 26:44.9 to set what was then a personal best… notched a personal record for an 8,000-meter race at the America East Championship with a time of 26:26.59, finishing second among Hawks and 61st overall… 

Finished in Hartford’s top five in every meet as a junior … covered the 5,000-meter course at the Trinity Invitational in 16:50.0 … rounded out Hartford’s top-five and finished 13th overall at the Hartford Hawks Riverfront Festival (27:10.7) … ran a 26:53.0 8K and placed 179th overall at the New England Championships … turned in a PR 8,000-meter time of 26:46.29, was the fourth Hartford runner and 26th overall to cross the line at the America East Championships … followed that performance with another personal-best time when he covered the 10,000-meter course of the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships in 34:45.2, good for 211th place overall.

Ran in all seven meets in his first cross country season at Hartford … saw a season-best 8,000-meter time of 27:37.0 at the New England Championship, placing 236th overall … placed 51st overall at the Central Connecticut State mini Meet with a season-best 5,000-meter time of 16:32.03 … was the fourth Hartford runner and 67th overall to clock-in at the America East Championship (28:35.30) … posted a 10,000-meter time of 37:15.0 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships, placing 226th overall … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
