INDOOR: Competed in the sprints events during the indoor season … saw a fourth place finish in the 400 with a season-best time of 1:00.55 at the Dartmouth Invitational … clocked in with a personal-best 500-meter time of 1:19.83 at the Reebok-Boston Invitational and placed 11th overall … a member of the 4x400-meter teams that took first place at the Vermont Duals (4:08.07).
2008-09 (As a Sophomore):
INDOOR: Ran the 200-meter and 400-meter distances … hit a personal-best 200-meter time of 27.53 at the Reebok Boston Invitational … hit a personal record in the 400-meter with a time of 58.98 in the preliminaries of the New England Championship … ran the 400 at the America East Championship, placing 16th in the preliminaries with a time of 59.81 … won the 500-meter run at the Vermont Invitational (1:20.50) … ran a leg of the school record breaking 4x800-meter relay team (9.31.62).
OUTDOOR: Ran the 200-meter, 400-meter and 800-meter events … recorded a personal record 400-meter time of 58.26 while breaking the previous school record at the New England Championship, placing 11th in the preliminaries … won the 400-meter run at the Trinity Invitational (1:00.25) … season-best 200-meter time was 27.32 at the Holy Cross Invitational … a member of the school record breaking 4x400-meter relay squad (3:53.65) that placed sixth at the America East Championship … earned All-New England honors for running a leg of the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:54.49).
2007-08 (As a Freshman):
INDOOR: Ran the 200-meter and 400-meter events … ran a season-best 400-meter time of 59.87 at the New England Championship, placing 22nd overall … ran the 400-meter event at the America East Championship, finishing 14th (1:04.99) … fastest 200-meter time was 27.68 at the Rider/Lafayette Invitational … a member of the previous indoor school record 4x200-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams.
OUTDOOR: Ran the sprints during the outdoor season … posted a season-best, also a personal-best, time of 26.83 in the 200-meter run, placing 28th at the New England Championship … broke the previous 400-meter school record in the preliminaries of the America East Championship (58.77) … went on to place seventh in the 400-meter run at the AE Championship (59.62) … finished 13th overall at the New England Championship with a time of 59.40 … a member of the previous outdoor school record 4x400-meter team.
Before Hartford: A six-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Colonie Central High School ... 1600-meter relay team won states for NYSPHSAA in the 2005 and 2006 outdoor seasons and the 2007 indoor season ... 1600-meter relay team broke the school and Section 2 record in 2006 ... 4x400-meter relay team finished fourth at the NSIC during the 2007 indoor season while earning All-American honors ... also broke the school record in the sprint medley, 400-meter relay and 800-meter relay ... named team’s most valuable player ... a four-year high honor roll student.
