Competed in all seven meets during his junior season … finished in the Hawks’ top-seven in every meet and in the top-five in all but two … kicked off the campaign with a 5,000-meter time of 16:52.0, good for 18th at the Trinity Invitational … set personal-best times at the New England Championships, an 8,000-meter race (26:49.0), and at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships, a 10,000-meter course (34:11.4) … placed 173rd overall and turned in Hartford’s fourth-best time at the New England Championships … fifth Hartford runner to cross the line at the America East Championships, placing 64th overall in 26:49.82 … rounded out the Hawks’ top-five and clocked in at 34:11.4 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships … named to the America East Academic Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Ran in all but one meet in his first year with the Hartford cross country team … a top-five runner in four meets … third Hartford runner, and 15th overall, to cross at the Trinity Invitational (16:46.0) … ran a season-best 8,000-meter time of 27:12.7 at the Hartford Riverfront Festival, placing sixth overall … was the fourth Hawk to clock-in at the Central Connecticut State Mini Meet posting a season-best 5,000-meter time of 16:25.56 and placing 55th overall.

Ran for the varsity track and field and cross country teams for four years at Red Land High School … co-captained the Pennsylvania district 3 runner-up cross country team … cross country team placed 11th in the state … member of the 4x800-meter relay team that qualified for districts … repeat member of the winning mile relay team at the Cedar Cliff Relays … ran a 4:28.0 mile senior year.
