2009-10 (As a Freshman):

INDOOR: Ran the sprints and competed in the long jump during his first indoor season … notched a season-best 55-meter time of 6.63 on two occasions … ran the 55-meters in 6.71 at the America East Championship … won the long jump title at the Vermont Duals with a distance of 6.72-meters … posted a season-best distance of 6.74-meters at the Dartmouth Invitational and placed third overall … ranked 10th at the America East Championship in the long jump (6.59-meters).

OUTDOOR: Competed in the long jump at four meets and ran the 100-meter dash … won the long jump at the RPI Invitational with a distance of 6.61-meters … posted a second place finish in the long jump at the University of Connecticut Alumni Invitational (6.82-meters) … hit a season-best mark of 6.90-meters at the America East Championship, placing ninth overall … ran a leg of the 4x100-meter relay team that won the event at the RPI Invitational (43.43).

Before Hartford: A three-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Dwight Morrow High School … was named Dwight Morrow’s athlete of the year in 2009 … a member of the school record breaking 4x100-meter and 4x200-meter squads … an all-state second team selection in 2008 and 2009 … deemed the BSCL American League Most Outstanding Field Athlete in 2009 … a three-time high school most valuable player … earned All-Bergen county honors on two occasions … a five-time All-BCSL American League honoree … named the outdoor track and field most valuable player on three occasions (2007, 2008, 2009) … was crowned a BCSL American Champion twice … named the indoor track and field most valuable player in 2008 and 2009 … a four-time all-league first team selection … placed second in the long jump at the New Jersey State Meet of Champions in 2009 … ranked ninth all-time in Bergen County in the indoor long jump and 20th all-time in the outdoor long jump … selected to the Bergen county all-decade team … also played three years of high school soccer.

Major: Enrolled in Hillyer College, majoring in liberal studies.
