  • Tabbed an All-American selection in 1988. 
  • A four-time All-New England honoree.
  • Paced the Hawks to four consecutive NCAA tournament bids during his stay.
  • Best season was 1987-88 when he was awarded All-American kudos. 
  • During the fall 1987, compiled a 71.3 stroke average, which was the best in District 1. 
  • Earned medalist honors in four of five tournaments that fall and notched two fifth-place finishes in the spring.
  • Was among the top five individual finishers in six tournaments as a junior, and among top 10 individual finishers in 11 tournaments or match play as a freshman and sophomore.
  • Crowning individual achievement came at the Yale Invitational during the fall of 1987, where he set three course records en route to a 54-hole total of 208 and the tournament championship.
  • Appeared in Sports Illustrated's "Face in the Crowd."
