  • Excelled as a wrestler and club football player with the Hawks from 1974-76.
  • As a wrestler, placed in New England for three consecutive years, posting a second place finish in 1974, a fourth place finish in 1975 and third place finish in 1976.
  • Qualified to compete in the Division II national championship in 1974 and 1976.
  • Posted a 12-4 record as a freshman and an 8-2 mark as a sophomore.
  • Named a team co-captain in 1975.
  • As a club football player, was the only unanimous All-Conference selection in 1975. Twice named conference player-of-the-week that year.
  • Tabbed an Honorable Mention All-Conference performer in 1976.
  • Post-graduation, has earned a highly regarded reputation as a singer and performer.
  • Is heavily involved with minority affairs.
  • Graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences.
