COMPLETE RESULTS
STORRS, Conn. – The University of Hartford men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 result to the University of Connecticut last Thursday. The Hawks were playing in their first dual match of the fall season.
Junior
Jordan Badenko led the Hawks from the top singles position. Badenko picked up a 7-6 victory in the first set against Connecticut's Jacob Spreyer, but Spreyer took the second set, 6-4, to force a tie-breaking third set. Spreyer came out with a 10-8 victory in the tiebreak to win the point.
Alex Holdstein also put up a fight at the No. 5 spot before falling to Teddy Margules, 6-3, 7-5.
The Hawks will be back in Storrs for the UConn Invitational Sept. 28-30.
