SCOUTING BINGHAMTON
The Bearcats currently sit seventh in the America East with a conference record of, 6-9. Last weekend, they took two of three against third-place Maine before falling to UAlbany on Wednesday.
ALL-TIME SERIES
The Bearcats own a 32-15 advantage in the all-time series, taking the last 12 matchups.
LAST TIME OUT
A 3-1 victory in game one highlighted a non-conference split with Army on Wednesday afternoon. Senior Pitcher
Bianca Ross pitched an impressive 11.2 innings on the day, surrendering only five earned runs in that time. Freshman
Lily Sencer went 5-for-7 on the afternoon, driving in one and scoring twice.
SAVING THE DAY
Ross recorded her fourth save of the season on Wednesday, April, 18, which not only gives her the program single-season save record, but also makes her the Hartford career saves leader, surpassing Nicole McMillon ('07).
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sophomore
Eliza Bomhardt earned America East Player of the Week on March 6, for her performance at the Coppin State Eagle Classic. Bomhardt hit an impressive .500 (4-for-8) in the Hawks' 3-0 performance in the Coppin State Eagle Classic this weekend, knocking three extra-base hits while scoring four runs and adding a pair of RBI. Her go-ahead two-run double in the sixth inning against Saint Peters on Saturday sealed the 8-5 win for Hartford.
LAST SEASON
