Action continues for Hartford men's soccer on Saturday, as the Hawks make their way to New Jersey to play Rutgers. Kickoff between the Hawks and Scarlet Knights is slated for 7 p.m. from Yurcak Field.

HARTFORD QUICK HITS
- The Hawks suffered a home defeat on Labor Day, falling 2-1 to Niagara in double overtime.Â
- Senior midfielder Xahne Reid and sophomore back Marc Alexander lead the team in goals, points and shots on goal for the season.
- Reid and rookie Kamer Nuhiu lead the team in shots in 2018 with seven apiece.Â
- Junior goalkeeper Jimmy Slayton led the America East with 67 saves in 2017. He tallied a 1.22 goals-against average and .753 save percentage. This season, he has recorded 13 saves between the posts for the Hawks.

- The Hawks and Scarlet Knights went head-to-head in 2010, resulting in a 2-1 double overtime defeat for Hartford.

- Despite a dominant offensive effort that saw the Hawks hold a 9-5 advantage in shots, Hartford fell 2-1 to Niagara on Monday in double overtime.
- Alexander found the back of the net in the 79th minute to score Hartford's loan goal on the game. He headed in the goal after Martinez headed a free kick from Mike Balzan in front of the net.
- Sophomore Jovanté Etienne and rookie Sergi Martinez led the offense with three shots apiece.
