BOSTON, Mass. – After matching a career-high with 10 strikeouts, sophomore Nicholas Dombkowski was named America East Pitcher of the Week, announced by the organization Tuesday afternoon. 
 
In his lone start of the week, Dombkowski had an impressive showing against Abilene Christian, tossing seven innings of three hit ball, while allowing one run and striking out 10. He is currently tied for fourth in the conference with 13 total strikeouts in 11.1 innings of work, which is also good for fourth overall. 
 
The Hawks continue their road trip with a visit to Nashville, Tenn. to take on Lipscomb for a three-game series starting on Friday, March 8. First pitch is set for 5:00 p.m. Other start times are 3 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday.
