BLOOMFIELD, Conn. – The Hartford women's golf team hosted the Hartford Hawks Invitational. The Hawks carded a 90-over 666 for third place at the two-day event, which was held at the Tumble Brook Country Club.

TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS
- Sophomores Maria Loza led the Hawks, shooting a 6-over 151 for a second place finish. Loza shot a low score of 1-over in Sunday's final round
- Sophomore Brooke MacKinnon was the next finishers for Hartford, recording a 22-over 166, tying for 12th place
- Junior Caitlin Maralack and freshman Isabelle Premkumar were the next finishers for the Hawks, carding a 27 over 177 (15th) and a 34 over 178 (T-18th) respectively
- Wrapping up the scoring for the Hawks was sophomore Allie Tully with a 36-over 180
- Bucknell took home the team title of the two-day event, finishing with a 43-over 619.
- Meredith Langs of Bucknell was the overall winner (6-over 150)

The Hawks head to Lake Buena Vista, Fla., for the MAAC Championship starting Thursday, April 18. The three-day event will take place at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course.
